This is THE company to call for process servers in Asheville/Hendersonville area. I had reached out to a few process servers doing a standard google search, but this company was by far the most upfront, honest, reasonably-priced, and knowledgeable about the entire process.

I have used Swiftwings services for about 11 years. I have used other process servers but others did not compare to the level of service I received from Swiftwings. After the hired sheriff went out multiple times to serve our defendants and then were told they had moved (a lie), we hired Ramon on a Monday afternoon to serve defendants for a Thursday court hearing. We got a call that same evening that both defendants had been served at the very home where the sheriff failed and told they had moved from. We were thrilled! Our 83-year old cousin currently under guardianship/ conservatorship by her son and daughter have engaged in isolating her in a Memory Care Unit since August 2025. Swiftwings Express is absolutely the most impressive company with which I have ever worked!! Take the time to read the experience we had in hiring this wonderful company. I work for a custom home builder/remodeler in Myrtle Beach SC who did a large remodel for a homeowner who would not pay him. The amount owed was almost 46k. and the homeowner then put the house up for sale and moved out of state once under contract. Obviously, his intentions were not to pay for the remodel, so we filed a Mechanics Lien in our county on the property but were required by the county to serve him a notice of the lien. The search began for a process server who could do this for us as the property owner moved 5 hours away from Myrtle Beach to Marion NC. I found Swiftwings in Weaverville, NC on Google and Yelp and contacted them. I emailed Swiftwings all information I found on the internet, including the home and work addresses in Marion, NC for the homeowner, filled out Swiftwings online form and quickly rec’d a quote for services.
